Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Montgomery, TX is seeking a Barista to provide friendly, efficient service while preparing high-quality coffee beverages and maintaining a clean, organized station. You will master espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and tea, handle POS transactions, and ensure food safety, with a focus on guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

This is a part-time, non-exempt role requiring mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coffee shop or barista role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional guest interaction.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages per recipes (espresso, brewed coffee, tea).
• Maintain clean, organized coffee station and comply with sanitation standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders and brewing equipment safely.
• Take orders, answer questions, and interact professionally with guests.
• Monitor and replenish supplies (beans, milk, syrups).
• Process payments using POS systems and follow food safety guidelines.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep area welcoming.
