Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Welcome and connect with each customer.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide product demonstrations and sampling.
• Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards.
• Only serve items that meet visual and product quality standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling.
• Follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
• Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift.
• Contribute to Store Profitability by following cash handling procedures and register policies.
• Follow inventory and stock guidelines.
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista beyond standard training.
