Join us for this incredible opportunity to start your hospitality career as a Part Time Barback at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, located in Tampa, FL. Our newly renovated Oystercatchers Restaurant is a local favorite, set near a waterfront backdrop with fresh seafood and a welcoming atmosphere.

As a barback, you will assist bartenders and service staff, maintain bar cleanliness, set and clear tables, carry dishes, restock glassware, and serve water, appetizers and coffee.

Qualifications

• Prior barback or food runner experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work AM & PM shifts throughout week and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist food service employees in delivering food to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and at tables.
• Set tables, replace linens, replenish supplies.
• Serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons.
• Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked and organized.
• Contribute to a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
