Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bar Back/Utility to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This part-time role supports bartenders by preparing drink ingredients, maintaining clean bar areas, and upholding health standards across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks.
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Review work procedures to improve service, performance or safety.
• Stocking, replenishing, cleaning and preparation of bar.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
• Maintain health and sanitation standards
• Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety
• Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
