Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Bar Associate for our Lutz, FL location. This part-time, on-site role blends bartending, serving, and retail support in a busy hospitality environment.

You will greet guests, take drink orders, prepare and serve beverages, ensure compliant alcohol service, maintain a clean, stocked bar, operate POS systems, and assist with merchandising and events. Requires 21+, 3+ years bar/restaurant experience (2+ years bartending), and current alcohol and food

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bar or restaurant experience, including at least 2 years of bartending.
• Must be 21+ and have current alcohol serving certification.
• Current Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to work on-site in Lutz, FL.

Responsibilities

What Your Day Will Look Like

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 3 years of bar or restaurant experience, including at least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer, spirits, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Current Alcohol Serving Certification.
• Current Food Handler Certification.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Ability to frequently lift between 5 and 75 pounds and remain standing or walking throughout shifts.
• Ability to work in an environment with cigar smoke and occasional loud music.
• Professional demeanor with a strong team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Flair bartending experience.
