Qualifications

• Prior banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing event needs.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Event Set-Up - Prepare banquet spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, chairs, buffets, décor, service stations, and equipment.
• Service Execution - Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during events, following club standards.
• Breakdown & Reset - Clear rooms, store equipment properly, reset spaces, and ensure areas are left clean and organized.
• Operational Support - Assist with polishing glassware/silver, stocking supplies, moving equipment, and other duties as assigned.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with banquet captains, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth event flow.
