Job summary

Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, CO is seeking an on-call Banquet Server to join our food and beverage team. The role includes setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet spaces, with duties to ensure smooth events and breakfast service.

The position pays $12.14 per hour plus gratuities, is part-time and requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to work weekends/holidays, and basic cash handling or beverage service; TIPs certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down of banquet rooms to prepare for functions and daily breakfast service.
• Opening and closing duties of breakfast room as assigned by supervisor.
• Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
• Serves patrons pre-plated meals at table.
• May act as a bartender.
• Observes guests to respond to any additional requests.
• Brews coffee and performs other services as determined by supervisor.
• Clears and resets tables as necessary.
• May operate beverage machinery.
