Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, assisting with setup and cleanup, and adhering to safety guidelines. Evening and weekend availability is required; tips supplement base pay.

Job Summary:

The Banquet Server provides food and beverage service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner during banquet events. This role is focused on delivering high-quality service to ensure a positive experience for all guests attending dining and banquet functions.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service preferred.

• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating costs.

Work Environment:

• Primarily an indoor environment with protection from weather conditions, though not necessarily from temperature changes.
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods during events.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 20 lbs.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
