Stonebridge is hosting a Banquet Server role at DoubleTree by Hilton in Grand Junction, CO. The position is part-time and on-site, reporting to the Food and Beverage Director.

The pay range is $12.14 to $13.00 per hour plus gratuity, with a quick tempo and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences during banquet events. Ideal candidates bring prior banquet or restaurant service experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and anticipate when they have completed their meals.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Complete all assigned side work tasks during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Assist with setting up, cleaning, and refreshing banquet function rooms.
• Attend department meetings and complete tasks assigned by the Banquet Manager.

Job Summary:

The Banquet Server provides food and beverage service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner during banquet events. This role is focused on delivering high-quality service to ensure a positive experience for all guests attending dining and banquet functions.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest service.


• Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt drink orders.


• Present the menu, answer guest questions, and make food and beverage suggestions.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

Work Environment:

• Primarily an indoor environment with protection from weather conditions, though not necessarily from temperature changes.


• Requires standing and walking for extended periods during events.


• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 20 lbs.


• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
