Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to support events and large gatherings. You will plan menus, coordinate with event organizers, and oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure a high-quality dining experience for a large number of guests.

Qualifications

• Work varying days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of food for events such as banquets and weddings.
• Coordinate with event organizers for menus and timing.
• Ensure food quality, portioning and presentation for high guest counts.
• Maintain workstation setup, organization and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Follow safety, heating, cooling and storage standards.
