Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is hiring a part-time Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prepare large quantities for events, coordinate with event organizers, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for many guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner.
• Remain knowledgeable about the restaurant menu and make accommodations on individual orders as requested by guests.
• Set up, stocks, and organizes workstation throughout the shift.
• Practice proper storeroom and inventory control procedures.
• Follow proper heating and cooling standards.
• Resolve problems with wait staff, customer orders, or other food-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain utensils and ensure sanitation standards.
• Label, date, and properly store prepped and cooked foods.
• Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
