Responsibilities

• Reports for work in proper uniform according to the scheduled time.
• Assists with collecting banquet equipment, including flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces.
• Prepares garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads for events.
• Prepares tables with place settings as instructed by the F&B Manager or Banquet Captain.
• Provides friendly and courteous customer service at all times.
• Breaks down tables and banquet equipment after events.
• Maintains grooming standards and adheres to company policies.
