Job summary

Univest is seeking a part-time Sales and Service Representative to join the Strasburg, PA team. You will build personal banking relationships, guide customers to suitable bank products, and handle teller transactions with accuracy.

The role involves outbound outreach, cross-selling, and applying Univest procedures. Hours are Tue–Sat with 20+ hours weekly, and training will cover SSR, consumer loans, teller operations and supervisor prep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales results.
• Strong written/verbal/organizational skills.
• Experience using MS Office.
• Notary training if designated as notary; completion of Univest training programs within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personal banking relationships with customers.
• Guide customers to purchase bank products that meet their needs.
• Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to broaden customer relationships.
• Engage in outbound calling to customers.
• Learn Univest Products and Services and related promotions.
