Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the first hello to full resolution.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent follow-through and white-glove service.
• Manage client interactions across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• Identify sales opportunities during every client interaction, inbound or outbound.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to build relationships and uncover needs.
• Present solutions and follow through to close with no handoffs.
• Support branch leadership with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment balancing client needs with guidelines.
