Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of Sales Associate Training is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is highly desired and beneficial.
• Ability to demonstrate a sales-oriented professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Experience handling money and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of core banking systems is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily branch and customer service duties with accurate transaction processing.
• Promote business by delivering quality customer service and handling inquiries.
• Provide customer referrals for bank products and services.
• Interact in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Operate banking systems and manage cash drawer with accuracy and security.
• Balance cash daily and adhere to security procedures and cash limits.
• Open to working hours outside normal schedule as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to communicate to clients.
