Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Delafield Branch is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker (20 hours) to greet clients, open and service accounts, and provide friendly, solution-oriented financial guidance using Chase digital tools.

You will work with the branch team to deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and help clients achieve their financial goals while following bank policies and compliance standards in a local community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and provide attentive service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with banking policies and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and ATM duties following procedures.
