Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• One year related sales and service experience required.
• Interest in sales and exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of personal deposit products and services and basic knowledge of consumer loan products.
• Proficiency with various computer systems and similar technology.

Responsabilités

• Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance; explains terms and disclosures.
• Balances teller referrals with sales production to meet goals.
• Provides information on consumer loan products and refers to specialist when needed.
• Drives referrals to branch partners and participates in sales initiatives.
• Delivers personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and follows up with clients.
• Performs teller and new accounts duties as required and supports branch operations.
