Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent and one year related sales and service experience.
• Must have interest in sales and exceptional customer service skills.
• Good working knowledge of personal deposit products and services and basic knowledge of our consumer loan products.

Responsabilités

• Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance; explains terms and disclosures.
• Provides Teller referrals and production to meet branch goals.
• Recommends consumer loan products and refers customers to appropriate specialists.
• Builds customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑ups.
• Performs sales support and paperwork, including documentation at the branch.
• Supports branch managers with sales meetings and product training.
