As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will build trusted relationships, demonstrate empathy, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while supporting branch operations and team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience is preferred.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
