Carter Bankshares is seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative in East Morehead to serve customers, process transactions, and open accounts. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a retail bank or related industry preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of customer services including transaction processing, account servicing, opening new accounts and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations.
• Identify customer needs and generate referrals to partners and external vendors.
• Assist with routine account issues and escalate unresolved items for research and resolution.
