Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects; identifies needs and provides advice on financial solutions.
• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch, promoting digital and self-serve options for easy banking.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and channels.
• Meets transaction-based needs with seamless execution and addresses everyday banking requests.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
