Job summary

Qualifications

• Typical 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby and promotes digital/self-serve options.
• Identify referral opportunities with partners to grow customer relationships with BMO.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services to recommend channels and personal banking/investment advice.
• Meet transaction-based needs with accurate, seamless execution.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
