Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.
• Ability to learn banking products and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive service; manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Support account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on banking transactions and digital-self service options.
• Build relationships by listening and guiding clients to appropriate solutions.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and policy adherence.
