Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Orlando to deliver exceptional client experiences and leverage digital banking tools. You will greet clients, open accounts, and provide knowledgeable guidance on Chase’s products and services.

You will collaborate with branch teams to meet clients' financial goals, manage day-to-day banking needs, and support branch operations while upholding all regulatory requirements and Chase standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch staff to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices while following bank procedures.
