Qualifications

• Six months cash handling experience preferred.
• Six months customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service and solutions to our clients.
• Processes all transactions accurately, including deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and money orders.
• Acts as a first line of defense in detecting potentially fraudulent activities.
• Builds relationships by identifying financial needs and referring opportunities to branch colleagues.
