Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service and solutions to our clients.
• Processes all transactions accurately, including deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, etc.
• Acts as a first line of defense in detecting potentially fraudulent activities.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures to maintain compliance standards.
• Builds relationships with clients by identifying financial needs and referring opportunities to branch colleagues.
