Longview Bank- Tuscola Branch is seeking a part-time Teller I to support daily branch operations in Tuscola, IL. You will handle customer transactions, assist customers with products, and maintain accurate records while adhering to bank policies.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a courteous demeanor. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required unless enrolled in high school.
• Excellent communication and accuracy are essential.
• Must maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling customer data.

Responsibilities

• Process debits and credits and verify identifications.
• Answer inquiries about rates, charges, and account histories.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments.
• Identify counterfeit currency and handle loan payments with receipts.
• Maintain logs for cashier's checks, cash, and money orders.
• Follow BSA/AML training and report suspicious activity.
