Responsibilities

• Debits and credits to customer accounts via computer and verify endorsements.
• Answer inquiries regarding rates, fees, and account histories; refer issues as needed.
• Identify counterfeit currency and ensure proper documentation.
• Accept loan payments and issue receipts; verify amounts and account allocations.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box access and related tasks.
• Maintain logs for cashier's checks, cash, money orders, and CTRs.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; participate in training and policy compliance.
