Longview Bank - Tuscola Branch in Tuscola, IL is seeking a Part-Time Teller. The role involves handling customer transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products with a focus on accuracy and service.

The schedule is 10–25 hours per week Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings. You will join a front-line team dedicated to friendly customer service and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Interest in learning new technologies and connecting customers to bank services.
• Excellent communication and accuracy required.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process debits and credits with proper ID and endorsements.
• Answer inquiries about rates, charges, and account histories; refer issues.
• Identify counterfeit currency.
• Accept loan payments, confirm amounts, and issue receipts.
• Access safe deposit boxes and assist customers.
• Maintain logs for cashier’s checks, cash, and money orders.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Complete training and comply with bank policies.
• Report suspicious activity per BSA/AML procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
