Responsibilities

• Conduct dozens of bank transactions within time limits and guidelines (cash checks, deposits, loan payments, withdrawals).
• Assess customer needs and promote bank products and services.
• Make sales referrals and cross-sell through alternate channels.
• Build trust and customer loyalty; ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information.
