Job summary

Chicago Baking Company is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser in Milwaukee, WI to stock, rotate, and display bakery products in local grocery stores. You’ll use an electronic tablet for inventory and build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure availability.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy active, independent work with flexible morning shifts and 15–28 hours per week.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have reliable transportation to assigned store locations.
Have access to a reliable cell phone for communication and tasks.
Demonstrate dependability, strong communication, and relationship-building with store teams.
Live locally and know the assigned service area.
Maintain a flexible schedule with mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Approximately 15–28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness.
Build and maintain attractive, organized product displays.
Complete daily inventory counts and merchandising activities with an electronic tablet.
Perform light bookkeeping and maintain inventory/merchandising records.
Move, lift, and organize bakery product stacks in stores.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to stores.
Build positive relationships with store personnel.
Follow merchandising, safety, and food quality standards.
