CHICAGO BAKING COMPANY is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser in Oak Brook, IL. You will stock and rotate bakery products, create eye-catching displays, and perform daily inventory using an electronic tablet.

The role emphasizes dependable, self-motivated individuals who deliver excellent customer service and can work independently. Flexibility is key, with morning shifts and hours across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to assigned store locations.
• Access to a reliable cell phone for communication and tasks.
• Demonstrate dependability, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships with store teams and customers.
• Live locally and be familiar with the assigned service area.
• Flexible schedule with morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Approximately 15–28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Build and maintain attractive, organized product displays.
• Complete daily inventory counts and merchandising using an electronic tablet.
• Perform light bookkeeping and maintain inventory/merchandising records.
• Move, lift, and organize bakery product stacks in stores.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Follow company merchandising, safety, and food quality standards.
