CHICAGO BAKING COMPANY is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will stock and rotate bakery items, build engaging displays, and perform daily inventory using an electronic tablet while fostering strong relationships with store personnel.

This role offers flexible part-time hours and the chance to represent trusted brands in local grocery stores. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, tech‑savvy, and enjoy working independently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to assigned stores.
• Access to a reliable cell phone for communication and tasks.
• Demonstrate dependability, strong communication, and ability to build positive relationships with store teams and customers.
• Live locally in the service area.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Approximately 15–28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness and product quality.
• Build and maintain attractive, organized product displays.
• Complete daily inventory counts using an electronic tablet.
• Perform light bookkeeping and maintain inventory/merchandising records.
• Move, lift, and organize stacks of bakery products in-store.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Follow company merchandising, safety, and food quality standards.
