Qualifications

• Able to perform repetitive, physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions and health and safety rules.
• No formal education required, 16+ years old preferred.
• Prior dishwasher or foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes baking pans, dishes, utensils and tools.
• Monitors sanitization levels to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Gathers, removes garbage, sweeps and mops floors; cleans drains.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation; prepares cleaning supplies for next shift.
• Monitors inventory and notifies management when replenishment is required.
• Assists in unloading, processing and storage of weekly supplies delivery.
• Supports teammates in cleaning and organizing workstations.
• Adheres to dress code, personal hygiene and NbC policies.
• Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality.
