Job summary

Harris Teeter in Concord, NC is seeking a part-time associate to bake products and process, package, and stock Fresh Foods items according to company standards. You will also maintain clean work areas and provide customer service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Personal skills include exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in required training to work with the team and increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Language skills: able to read/write English and to present information to customers and associates in English.
• Mathematical skills: basic arithmetic with money and measurements.
• Reasoning ability: follow written or oral instructions and handle a few variables in standard situations.
• Certificates/Licenses: complete company training including food sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Bake products according to standards.
• Process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation.
• Provide customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Unload stock and reload salvage.
