Job summary

Walt Churchill's Market in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Part-Time Bakery Clerk to greet customers, assist at the bakery counter, and help on the sales floor and over the phone.

You will prepare, produce, decorate cookies and cupcakes, date and rotate stock, and keep the bakery clean and safe. Daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. This role reports to the Bakery Manager and offers training and potential advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school education completed.
• Previous bakery experience preferred; cake/cookie decorating experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases.
• Package, wrap, price, and merchandise bakery products.
• Maintain product knowledge of bakery items.
• Date items, check dates for freshness, rotate stock.
• Record phone orders in a courteous manner.
• Basic decorating of cookies and cupcakes.
