Job summary

Bakery Support: Customer Service Clerk

Customer Service Clerk working in the Bakery Counter Sales Section and responsible for assisting in its day-to-day operation. This person's primary duties include providing direct customer service on the phone, over-the-counter, or on the sales floor, case layout, merchandising, suggestive selling, incidental finishing, product rotation, housekeeping, and sanitation. Secondary duties assume related activities as required.

• Availability: Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Previous Work Experience: Familiarity with Bakery Merchandise Preferred But Not Required.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Bending, Stooping, Pulling And Pushing With Repetitive Lifting To 50#; Occasional Lifting To 80#.

Other Work Considerations: Customer Relations; Able To Work With Minimal Supervision; Prioritize Tasks; Reliable and Dependable.
