Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to bake products according to standards and handle processing/packaging/stocking of Fresh Foods products. The role includes cleaning work areas and providing customer service while unloading stock and reloading salvage as needed.

To perform this job successfully, the individual should have basic education or related training, be at least 18 years old, and be able to read English instructions and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASSOCIATES MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.

Responsibilities

• Bakes products according to standards and processes Fresh Foods packaging/stocking requirements.
• Unloads stock and reloads salvage as needed.
• Cleans work areas and maintains sanitation per Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provides customer service and assists shoppers as required.
• Performs other duties like stocking, unloading, and processing per supervisor instructions.
