Job Opening: Part-Time Baker and Fryer at Cub Brooklyn Park North

Cub Brooklyn Park North is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time baker and fryer position. In this role, you will prepare, bake, and fry a variety of products, finishing them with frosting, glaze, or icing to ensure quality and consistency. This position combines craftsmanship with customer service to deliver visually appealing and delicious baked goods.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, bake, and fry products.
2. Finish baked or fried products with frosting, glaze, or icing.
3. Assist in wrapping or bagging products.
4. Rotate and stock finished products to fill gaps.
5. Assist customers with questions or requests.

Job Requirements:

• Operate equipment such as donut sticks, hopper, fryer, screens, icing warmer, spatula, knives, etc.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and memorization skills.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service.
• Good judgment, especially when supervision is not immediately available.
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; communicate effectively.
• Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground.
• Reaching, bending, repetitive motions.
