Job summary

DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking a part-time Baker Associate to start early mornings and handle a fast-paced bakery environment. You will bake daily bread following our DiBella’s Bread Manual, and contribute to friendly, efficient service for guests.

They offer weekly pay, tips, weekend shifts, opportunities to advance, free meals during shifts, and meal discounts, with a strong emphasis on freshness and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret the baking manual.
• Ability to multitask and balance friendliness with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Bake the best bread possible following the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow the location's par list for daily bake amounts.
• Keep the bakery clean and report equipment deficiencies.
• Use safety equipment to ensure crew and guest safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items per portion guidelines.
• Set up deli items and display sandwiches on request.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills and deli counter.
• Handle heavy rushes with appropriate work pace.
• Fulfill all shift duties and maintain sanitary storage areas.
• Comply with Health Department Regulations and increase product knowledge over time.
