Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time team member to help customers and keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with bagging, carryout, loading merchandise into vehicles, and returning carts. The role emphasizes friendly communication and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to follow simple instructions. Training will be provided to support growth and ensure consistent service.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Mathematical ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Ability to follow bagging procedures and provide carryout and parcel pickup service.
