Job Objective
Provide excellent customer service to donors at the donation door, maintain a clean and organized donation area, and handle transactions accurately.

Essential Functions

• Present a professional appearance, adhering to dress code.
• Greet donors and offer assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the donation area.
• Ensure security and proper operation during shifts.
• Receive and document donations, collecting contact information where possible.
• Safeguard donations and equipment.
• Track donations per policy.
• Inform donors about unacceptable materials and arrange for heavy item pickup.
• Sort donations as needed and report damages or injuries.

• Sort, load, and unload trucks per policy.
• Support production processes as needed.
• Be available for flexible scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing.

Skills/Abilities: Effective communication in English, basic computer skills, problem-solving, basic math, and ability to pass pre-employment drug and background tests.

Physical Requirements
Regular standing, handling, hearing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include close and distance vision.

Travel
Occasional travel for training or to other stores.

Working Conditions
Store environment with potential dust, temperature fluctuations, outdoor weather exposure, and extended standing. Full-time/part-time with weekend and evening hours.
