Job summary

Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, GA seeks an Automotive Technology Adjunct Instructor to deliver coursework across automotive technology programs at multiple campus locations, including Appalachian, Marietta, and BCCCA. The position is part-time, term-based, and reports to the Technical Studies & Engineering Technologies Associate Dean and the Dean of Business and Technical Studies.

Teaching will involve lectures, labs, and student advisement, with lab safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certification.
• Minimum two years of industry experience in automotive technology.
• Official transcripts must be on EZHr.
• Bachelor’s degree and Master ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and labs for Automotive Technology courses.
• Provide student advisement and monitor progress.
• Maintain lab safety and prepare/setup labs.
• Keep required documentation up to date.
• Teach within the Automotive Certificate of Credit and/or degree/diploma programs.
