Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Arizona to deliver WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions.

You will contribute to sales goals, support store operations, and provide expert product knowledge in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking, maintaining organization, and using diagnostic tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts and solutions, providing clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and keep store organized while following proper POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Read vehicle codes using diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
