AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide WOW! customer service, assist customers with automotive parts and solutions, and help maintain store operations.

You will build product knowledge, support sales through recommendations, and work with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role offers growth opportunities and requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years to apply
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment
• Recommend products, services and promotions to support sales goals and metrics
• Restock merchandise, keep store organized, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies
• Follow structured processes and PPE requirements to maintain safety and efficiency
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools and promotions
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and propose solutions to customers
