• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Take and deliver accurate messages.
• Communicate with callers professionally and efficiently while minimizing hold times.
• Provide basic information to customers with general inquiries.
• Extend hospitality to customers in the waiting area.
• Accurately log incoming sales calls.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and work area.
• Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
