• Previous Front Desk experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers with a warm, sincere greeting.
• Ensures high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Answers and directs phone calls professionally.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards mail; coordinates express mail pickups.
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
