• Previous Front Desk experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a warm, sincere welcome.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Answer calls professionally and route messages.
• Receive, sort, and forward mail.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery of express mail.
• Assist with office supplies ordering and stocking.
• Support photocopying, faxing, and filing.
• Share cashier responsibilities as needed.
