Sunset Ford Waterloo in St. Louis is seeking a dynamic Automotive Videographer/Photographer to capture and craft high-impact media for our inventory, events, and social channels.

You will produce fast-turnaround reels, capture crisp vehicle imagery, and collaborate with marketing to align with promotions, arrivals, and seasonal campaigns. This role is on-site, part-time with flexible hours (15-20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio or social handle showcasing automotive photography and fast-paced editing.
• Proficiency with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, gimbals, audio gear, and lighting setups, plus mobile video production.
• Mastery of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep appreciation for cars with an eye for automotive angles, interiors, details, and feature highlights.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social trends, viral audio, algorithms, and best practices for vehicle marketing.
• Ability to move quickly across the lot and deliver polished edits on tight turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Inventory media production: Shoot high-resolution photo sets and dynamic video walkarounds for featured vehicles.
• Social-first short-form video: Script, shoot, and edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Creative editing: Color grade, music selection, transitions, captions for social assets.
• Platform optimization: Tailor formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to maximize reach.
• Content strategy collaboration: Work with marketing to align media with promotions and campaigns.
• Upload content to dealership inventory management system.
