Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube in Medina, OH is seeking a high-energy Service Technician. No automotive experience required; we train. You will help customers feel confident in vehicle safety, perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance, and be fully cross-trained to handle inspections and customer service.

We value safety, teamwork, and a growth mindset. Driver’s license preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
